OUR PROCESS
We can no longer take for granted the quality of the water we drink.
Water that was designed to be just hydrogen and oxygen is now often an unknown chemical cocktail. QH2O uses the latest technology multi-stage purification process to produce ultra pure drinking water:
Initial ozone injection to begin the process of making sure our water is completely safe.
Multi Media filtering to clean the water in reticulated supply and remove unwanted iron and manganese.
Water softening to accommodate the hardness of reticulated supply.
Active carbon filtering to remove odours, tastes and chlorine.
Protective carbon filtering to ensure there is no particulate carry-out from the previous process.
Dedicated carbon filtering to improve the sweetness of the water.
Final filtering before the main purification process.
Ultra violet light treatment to break down any unwanted microbiological cells.
Reverse Osmosis - our finest process - a high tech adaption of a natural process whereby bacteria and viruses are left far behind and very refined ultra pure water is produced.
Ozonation to sanitise and protect the water in the storage tank and pipes, and to ensure your bottle is clean and safe. Unlike chlorine, ozone does a superior job of sanitizing and then reverts to oxygen, giving a pleasant lifted taste to your water.
