SMS DELIVERY ORDERS

Once you have an account with us at QH2O Gladstone, you are then added to an ongoing SMS delivery order service. One day before your delivery you will receive a text message. You simply need to respond with the quantity of Ultra Pure Water Bottles you would like to recieve. 

PICK UP ORDERS

Pick up orders will need to be collected from 36 Chapple Street during opening hours. Once you have an account with us, pick up orders can be made via phone, email, FB message or simply by dropping in to the store.

YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS

Eftpos and cash are available in store.


Delivery orders must be paid ahead of time unless cash on arrival has been organised. This can be done when receiving your invoice and paying online.


You also have to option to your to securely store your card payment information in your QH2O account. This way you never have to worry about payments again as we charge your account as soon as your order is made. You will receive instant notification via email.

MANAGE YOUR ACCOUNT ANYTIME

Manage your account anytime, anywhere. We'll send you an invitation to set up your QH2O online portal. You just need to set up a unique password and logging into your QH2O Online Portal. Track your invoices, statements, payments made and view and update your personal information all in one place.

What is your bottle return process?

All customers must return the QH2O bottles within 30 days. This is strictly for health and safety reasons.


You can return the bottles to our store at 36 Chapple Street in Gladstone or if you have ordered a delivery, leave your empty bottles out for our friendly staff to collect. If no bottles are left out on the date of your delivery we will not deliver your next order. This order will be then be collectable from our store.


Any outstanding bottles will mean a loss of your $20 bottle deposit. 

How does the bottle swap work?

For pickup orders you must have your outstanding bottles with you at the time of purchase to receive new full bottles.


For deliveries, you must leave out your empty bottles in order to receive your next order. Failure to do so will mean you will have to come to our store to retrieve your bottles. 


We have to ensure that no bottles are in customer possession for more than 30 days. This also means we don't have lost bottles. Bottles are the property of QH2O Gladstone.

When can I expect my Pay As You Go delivery order?

Once you sign up to a QH2O account, our team will be in touch with you about when your delivery will be. We travel to most suburbs fortnightly unless outside the 4680 area in which we deliver monthly.
