When did the price changes occur?

The changes occurred on March 1st 2020. 


We have recently moved from being offline to an online system. We are now able to run more efficiently and provide better services to our customers. 


Some example of this are automatic payment deductions, instant email notifications, online customer portal to manage your account and of course introducing subscriptions to automate your water ordering.

Last month we sent many emails and text about getting every customer to update your account. Anyone who has not decided on a preference has automatically been put on the Pay As You Go Delivery Plan.

How do I make sure I get water in the next upcoming months?

There is a significant increase in demand for water delivery. There is a significant increase in demand for our services at the moment. To ensure your deliveries are not interrupted please choose one of our new packages. Please contact us for clarification.

Do you have any empty bottles at home?

If you have any of our empty QH2O bottles please let us know so we can collect them.  You may also return them to our store at 36 Chapple st Gladstone.  They are expensive for us to buy and are exclusively for the use of our Ultra Pure Water.

Buy 10 Get 1 Free Customers

We understand that some customers have all 11 bottles at once. This shouldn't deter you when deciding to switch to a subscription. We will credit you for any unused balances towards future orders. We can also set up your subscription now fit a future start date set. This way we can pick up all your empties and start you on a new regular delivery.


The Buy 10 Get 1 Free program has changed. We are now offering an in-store loyalty program. Every bottle you buy will be marked on a loyalty card. For every 10 bottles bought in-store the next bottle will be free.

We are now enforcing the 30 day bottle return policy

We have always had a 30 day bottle return policy in place. We have a duty of care to all customers health and safety which means making sure the bottles are maintained in good condition. 


We can manage this by having a time limit on how long the  bottles are in customer possessions. Once the water bottle is empty, we do not want our bottles used for any other purpose, left in places exposed to the elements or any other position that could compromise the bottles.


To avoid extra charges please return your bottles with in 30 days of delivery or pickup. If you require your bottle loan time to be extended, please contact our team.


All bottles always remain the property of QH2O Gladstone and are for the exclusive use with our pure water.
